What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your name, email address, role, and — if you fill it in — a one-line note about what you would run. We also store the referring site or campaign tag that brought you here, and a one-way hash of your IP address which we use to throttle automated submissions. The IP address itself is never written down.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the Podulus pilot, and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add you to a marketing list. There is no newsletter.

Tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no social or advertising scripts. The one third-party request on the page is the anti-spam challenge attached to the waitlist form, which exists solely to tell people apart from bots.

How long we keep it

Until the pilot programme closes or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email hello@podulus.com to see, correct or delete everything we hold about you. We will action it within a working week, and you do not have to explain why.
